**Team Management**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
- **Training and Development**: Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- **Scheduling**: Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that adequate staffing levels are maintained.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that work is completed to the required quality standards and that company policies and procedures are followed.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure a safe working environment by promoting and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, productivity, and any issues to higher management.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the use and management of materials and equipment, ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained.
- **Customer Service**: Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (if applicable to the role).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
