Just Organik is a brand owned by **Treta Agro Private Limited **and is working closely with 4000+ farmers in the Himalayas and tribal belts across India in Organik Grocery segment. **Responsibilities -**: - Strategizing, and executing campaigns across Google ; Facebook to drive awareness, conversion, and revenue. Google Adwords - Coordinate with Developer regarding the **API Integration.** - Work on the organic presence as well as the Paid reach for the brand. - Regularly monitoring; reporting key performance metrics - new user acquisition, retention, funnel efficiency, CAC, ROAS etc Google Console, Google Tag Manager ,SEO/SMO - Work with the development team in order to optimize the data collection, user journey and retention. - Scale campaigns based on goals and demand. - Working closely with the team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback present results. - Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies across all mediums. Requirements -: - Technical know-how related to online Data collection. - Prior experience in performance marketing and understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager - Excellent analytical & reporting skills. - Minimum academic qualification requirement: Graduate with fresh innovative ideas. - Working knowledge on Microsoft Excel; Google Spreadsheets is a must. **Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Schedule: - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - Are you comfortable in working with Developers in working for API Integration? - We are looking for maximum 3 yrs experience?
