**Position**: Assistant Professor - BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)

**Location**: Techno Institute of Higher Studies

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for BCA courses in areas such as programming languages, databases, computer networks, web technologies, and software development.
- Prepare and deliver course materials, assignments, and examinations.
- Use innovative teaching methods to engage students and foster learning.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Assist in the development and updating of the BCA curriculum to ensure it aligns with industry trends and academic standards.
- Participate in the review of course content and teaching methods.
- **Student Mentoring**:

- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Address student queries and concerns related to coursework and projects.
- Encourage student participation in workshops, seminars, and extracurricular activities.
- **Research and Professional Development**:

- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of computer science and IT.
- Contribute to research activities and scholarly publications, where applicable.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, and academic committees.
- Assist with organizing academic events, seminars, and workshops.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA), Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in a reputed academic institution (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of BCA curriculum and industry-relevant technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C, C++, Python, and web technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with modern teaching tools and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to mentor students and guide them in project development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
