- Supervise and monitor fire safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, hydrants, etc.) for proper functionality.
- Conduct fire risk assessments and ensure the implementation of control measures.
- Organize and lead fire drills, evacuation procedures, and emergency response training.
- Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, IS, NBC).
- Coordinate with fire departments and external agencies during audits or emergencies.
- Maintain updated records of inspections, maintenance, and training sessions.
- Investigate fire incidents and near misses; prepare detailed incident reports.
- Train staff on fire prevention and safe evacuation procedures.
- Monitor hazardous materials and ensure safe storage and handling practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma in Fire and Safety / Industrial Safety or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in fireman.
- Strong knowledge of fire prevention, fire protection systems, and emergency protocols.
- Familiarity with fire safety codes, standards, and government regulations.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to act swiftly in emergency situations.

Pay: ₹10,710.28 - ₹22,000.00 per month
