**Job Title: Preprimary Teacher**

**Overview**:
As a Preprimary Teacher, you play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for a child's academic and social development. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. Your duties will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering a love for learning, and supporting each child's individual needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with preprimary education standards and goals.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a safe, orderly, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions among students.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Recognize and accommodate the diverse learning needs and styles of each child. Provide personalized attention and support to help students achieve their full potential.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents or guardians. Provide regular updates on students' progress, developmental milestones, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Monitor and assess students' progress through observation, informal assessments, and developmental screenings. Keep accurate records of student performance and use assessment data to inform instructional decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to teaching and learning. Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and school events.
- **Early Intervention**: Identify and address any developmental delays, learning difficulties, or behavioral concerns early on. Work closely with support services, such as special education professionals or counselors, to provide appropriate interventions and support for students.
- **Promotion of Social and Emotional Development**: Foster a positive classroom climate that promotes social-emotional growth and resilience. Teach conflict resolution skills, empathy, and self-regulation techniques to help students navigate their emotions and relationships effectively.
- **Incorporation of Play-Based Learning**: Integrate play-based activities and hands-on experiences into the curriculum to enhance children's cognitive, physical, and social development. Encourage creativity, exploration, and imaginative play as essential components of early childhood education.
- **Continuing Professional Development**: Stay current with best practices, research findings, and trends in early childhood education. Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your teaching skills and expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- State teaching certification or licensure for preprimary education.
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles, early learning standards, and educational theories.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
