**The Opportunity**:
At Open Text you will be working closely with other Professional Service Consultants in the delivery of Documentum Data Migration Projects.

**You are great at**:

- Representing OpenText in a professional manner to customers, partners and other OpenText personnel at all times
- Understand customer needs and develop high-quality presentations, proposals and software demonstrations that speak of these needs.
- Understand requirements, assist client facing team members in envisioning and documenting the technical architecture, data migration strategy, conduct detailed design, determine level of effort, plan work breakdown structures and implementation approach
- Acquire OpenText Proven Certification in Documentum Content Management

**What it takes**:

- Must have 5+ or more years of recent Documentum experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise & technical architecture, and architectural frameworks - through understanding of Data migration approaches.
- Must have experience in Data Migration end to end from Legacy system to Documentum Platform/Life Sciences Solution and should have worked on at least two data migration projects end to end.
- Good understanding of the end to end ETL process.
- Strong expertise in Documentum Architecture. Deep understanding of the Documentum object model, internal database tables design and content storage architecture.
- A good understanding of database systems like Oracle, SQL Server.
- Ability to collaborate with customer and other stake holders to understand data migration requirements and design the migration strategy.
- Strategize and plan the entire process, including moving the data and converting content as necessary, while considering risks and potential impacts. Good attention to detail to evaluate data for accuracy and errors.
- Excellent Java or JavaScript coding skills for scripting transformation and validation utilities.
- Strong Enterprise Architecture and Integration consulting skills.
- Knowledge of systems architecture design & planning utilizing physical and virtualized environments
- Strong planning and analytical skills combined with ability to work with geographically distributed teams in a rapid development model
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to present complex technical topics in a manner non-technical stakeholder can easily understand
- Good team motivation skills

**Good to Have**:

- Familiarity of Documentum Life sciences solution suite is added advantage.
- Experience with cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon, Google Cloud, etc.
- Technical Knowledge of Storage, Network and Compute (Windows, UNIX, Linux) environments
- Understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements and guidelines and validation protocols for domains like Life sciences and Banking.
