Molding Supervisor for Cast Iron Foundry

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise Molding Operations-Oversee the molding process, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety standards are met

2. Team Management-Lead a team of molders, providing guidance, training, and support as needed

3. Quality Control-Monitor mold quality, identifying defects or issues and implementing corrective actions

4. Process Optimization-Continuously improve molding processes, reducing waste and increasing productivity

5. Safety compliance-Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations

**Requirements**:
1. Foundry experience-Previous minimum 5 experience in Cast Iron Foundry molding operations

2. Leadership Skills-Ability to manage and motivate a team

3. Technical knowledge-Understanding of molding processes, materials, and equipment

4. Quality focus-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

5. Problem solving-Ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions

**Qualification-ITI Fitter and minimum 5 years of experience in Cast Iron Foundry Molding**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
