**Job Title**: Senior AWS and DevOps Trainer
**Location**: Pune - Kothrud

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions on AWS cloud services and core DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Design, update, and maintain training content such as presentations, lab guides, and hands-on exercises.
- Provide real-world demonstrations and practical labs to enhance students' learning experiences.
- Track student progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to help learners grow.
- Contribute to curriculum improvement based on technological trends and learner feedback.
- Collaborate with the placement team to align student skills with job market needs and assist with interview preparation.
- Keep up with the latest developments in AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1.5 year of hands-on experience with AWS and DevOps tools.
- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or SysOps Administrator preferred.
- Practical knowledge of key AWS services like EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring is a plus.
- Self-driven and collaborative team player with a passion for education
