**Overview**: The responsibilities of the Architectural Designer include meeting with clients, creating drawings, designs, and layouts, and complying with industry regulations. To be successful as an Architectural Designer, you should have excellent technical skills and be proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Collaborate with interior designers and clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and design goals.
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with the client's vision and project objectives.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with project teams, including interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to oversee project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Utilize advanced knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction standards to create technically sound and structurally viable designs.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting design proposals and incorporating client feedback into project plans.
- Communicate complex design ideas in a clear and compelling manner to clients and project stakeholders.
- **Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as an architect.
- Proven experience in interior design projects, with a portfolio showcasing successful completed projects.
- Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software.
- Strong creative design and time management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modelling software, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
