**Eligibility Criteria**:_Bachelor degree of agriculture/MBA Agribusiness Management/ Rural Marketing/ PGDRM or equivalent with a 4-5 Year work experiences._

**About US**:Shakti Agritech Farming and Livelihood (SAFAL), a development organization working since 1980 for promotion of sustainable livelihoods. It’s headquartered at Bhopal Madhya Pradesh) and works with more than 60,000 rural holds in 2 states 75 districts and 715 villages.

**Job Description/ Responsibilities: -**
- _Prepare a Detail Project Reports (DPR)._
- _Develop the business Plan._
- _Lead and support efforts to monitor and track new business opportunities_
- _Develop Project Proposal of NABARD, CSR and other govt. agencies._
- _New Business Development efforts are expected to focus heavily on supporting pursuit of new contracts/subcontracts._
- _Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives_
- _Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives_
- _Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors_
- _Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established goals/objectives._
- _Work with other State managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department._
- _Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders._
- _Generate leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, Develop and implement overarching outbound business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company_
- _Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets._
- _Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone._
- _Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business_
- _Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes._
- _Conduct Webinar on fortnightly basis._
- _Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate_
