**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide detailed product information to customers and address their queries.

Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to close sales.

Track customer interactions, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records.

Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with other sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.

Stay updated with the latest product offerings, company services, and industry trends.

Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.

**Requirements**:
At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, inside sales, or customer care.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience working with international clients is a plus.

Must be comfortable working in flexible shifts to cater to international time zones.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer objections.

**Preferred Skills**:
Knowledge of international markets and sales practices.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
