**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our social media marketing services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills.
- Provide information about our services, understand client needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Set appointments with potential clients for detailed consultations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and other sources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings to provide accurate information to prospects.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and strategies for improved performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing concepts is a plus.
- High school diploma; additional education or relevant training is a plus.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing.
