**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Researching and out-of-the-box thinking to design graphics.
- Template and layout design in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral draw,
- Overall brand elevations and development of graphics such as Banners, Infographics, Icons, Illustrations, Sketches, Logos etc.
- Motion graphics and video editing
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Design pages for print and digital so that information is easy to find, read, and understand.
- Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information.
- Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Design & product team.
- Translate information about the business and customers into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful.
- Deliver design solutions that have a high visual impact and stand out in the internal and external market
- Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field

**Design & Critical Thinking**
- Should be able to differentiate in between a good design and a bad design.
- Should understand the right use and implementation of color-pallets and typography
- Should be consistent with design thinking and critical thinking and execute layouts on the basis of various design patterns, customer psychologies and newest online trends.
- Conceptualize creative ways to showcase the extra ordinary designs.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Coral draw, Illustrator & photoshop
- Should have own portfolio in Graphic Designing
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Experience into Graphic Designing
- Strong Language skills - English
- Team Management
- Good with timelines
- Bachelor's Degree

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
