**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing Management**:

- Upload and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, and other details are accurate, engaging, and in compliance with platform requirements.
- Maintain consistency in product categorization, attributes, and specifications.
- Regularly review product pages for correctness, optimizing where necessary (e.g., correcting images, product details, etc.).
- **Content Optimization**:

- Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and ranking.
- Write compelling, keyword-rich product descriptions that enhance the user experience and drive sales.
- Ensure product images, videos, and descriptions align with company guidelines and platform requirements.
- **Data Entry and Catalog Maintenance**:

- Ensure the accuracy of pricing, stock levels, and promotional offers for products listed on various platforms.
- Regularly update the catalog to reflect changes in inventory, new product launches, and discontinued products.
- Handle bulk product uploads and maintain accurate records of catalog changes.
- **Quality Control**:

- Perform regular audits of catalog content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Work with vendors or internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues with product listings, images, or descriptions.
- **Collaborative Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing, and customer service, to gather relevant product information.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers for product details, images, and updates.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor product performance through reports and analytics.
- Suggest changes to improve product visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- **Customer Feedback Management**:

- Handle customer queries and feedback related to product listings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Address customer concerns about product information, specifications, and delivery.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
