**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls**:Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries and providing information about our event management services.
- **Lead Conversion**:Identify sales opportunities during calls, convert leads into potential clients, and build lasting relationships.
- **Sales and Promotion**:Promote Ridhira's event management services to prospective clients, explaining offerings and benefits.
- **Customer Support**:Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Follow-Up**:Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients to ensure continued engagement and sales closure.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.
- **Market Feedback**:Gather and report client feedback and market trends to improve sales processes and offerings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role, preferably in event management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using basic MS Office tools.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English, Telugu

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
