**JOB SUMMARY**:
**Coordinator - Operation & Fund Raising**

Keen Monitoring of daily operational activities, promotional activities, community relationship, execution of foundation’s activities, developing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual plan to achieve foundation’s vision, mission and objectives. Face-to-Face Fundraising/ Tele-calling will help Global Thought Foundation’s operations to increase the regular fundraising income within an efficient cost-income ratio, build, and motivate the F2F / Tele Calling fundraising team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. **Work closely with the Manager to develop a fundraising strategy for supporting GTF’s programs.

**2. **Identify and research suitable new prospects - foundations, corporates and individuals - for GTF, and cultivate these relationships on behalf of the organization.

**3. **Manage the end-to-end fundraising cycle with each prospective donor: Identifying high-value, prospective donors, initiating leads, calls and meetings, making presentations, writing proposals and closing agreements.

**4. **Create tools, systems and processes to manage the past/current/plausible donor base of the organization and create a yearlong funder pipeline.

**6. **Maintain relationships with existing donors and respond to their requests regularly and keep updating them about GTF's work

**7. **Organize fundraising events for the organization (including digital campaigns)

**9. **Create budgets for new projects with support from the Finance team and support the programme team in programme management

**10. **Represent GTF and be a visible part of a successful organisation at forums involving stakeholders such as other non-profits, foundation and government agencies

**11. **Review and advice on communication materials including website, brochures, posters, info-graphics and other print and digital collateral material, as required.

**12. **Represent GTF's fundraising externally, and enjoy being a visible part of a successful organization

**QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE**:
1. Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of fundraising/ sales experience with exposure to handling a team with a demonstrable track record is preferred.

2. Excellent Communication Skill in English, both verbal and written.

3. Prior knowledge and experience of individual acquisition or marketing.

4. Knowledge and experience of the donor community in India would be desirable.

5. Fluent in English and Hindi & Marathi.

6. Experience in working with a wide range of funders' - including high net worth individuals.

7. Good track record of maintaining key donor relationships as well as establishing new partnerships.

8. Proven experience in negotiating with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

9. Ability to craft compelling opportunities for a wide range of potential supporters.

10. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
