**Position Overview**:
The Technician role at Speedigo demands in-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical components used in golf carts, e-rickshaws, and vintage buggies. This position requires managing 9-hour shifts in the factory, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing tools. The Technician is responsible for assembling products, conducting servicing tasks, addressing client concerns via video calls, and ensuring the integrity of spare parts and tools. Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, adhere to delivery targets, and prioritize safety measures are essential. Efficiency, skill, and dedication are key for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
v Perform cutting, welding, grinding, and bending operations using appropriate tools and machinery to manufacture golf carts.

v Drive golf carts during rental bookings and ensure timely delivery to clients.

v Possess detailed knowledge of electrical and mechanical components used in Speedigo products.

v Manage 9-hour shifts in the factory, maintaining cleanliness and organizing tools after use.

v Assemble golf carts and other products according to specifications.

v Conduct servicing works as directed by the Operation Manager, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

v Address client concerns via video calls and maintain stock of spares and tools with no loss to the company.

v Travel to client sites in India and abroad for service assignments as required.

v Handle loading and unloading of materials at the factory or workshop.

v Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.

v Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and maintain product quality.

v Participate in company-organized trainings and adhere to safety measures, including wearing company-supplied uniforms and safety shoes.

v Sign off on job cards after completing all services and support Factory In-charge in vehicle quality control.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
