**Job Title: Purchase Executive - (API)**

**Location**: Lal darwaja**Department**: Purchase**Reports to**: Purchase Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement of APIs**:

- Manage the purchasing process for **Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs)**, ensuring that all materials meet company requirements for quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Source new suppliers and negotiate the best terms and prices for APIs.
- Place orders for APIs based on production requirements and inventory levels.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers of APIs.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle any issues related to order fulfillment, delivery delays, and product quality with suppliers.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor API inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Ensure timely delivery of APIs to meet production schedules and avoid any production delays.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records of API purchases, including price quotes, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards related to the procurement of APIs.
- Track and report key metrics such as cost savings, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new suppliers of APIs.
- Research and assess alternative suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities or improvements in the procurement process.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing **Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs)** or related pharmaceutical materials.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of API procurement, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), and other related tools.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
