Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality control: Inspecting garments for defects, irregularities, and conformity to specifications.

2. Testing and evaluation: Conducting tests to assess garment quality, durability, and performance.

3. Defect identification and reporting: Identifying defects, documenting, and reporting to relevant teams.

4. Quality assurance: Implementing quality control processes and procedures.

5. Collaboration: Working with production, design, and sourcing teams to resolve quality issues.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of garment construction, quality standards, and testing methods.

2. Attention to detail and analytical skills.

3. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
