**Job Title**:Accounts Executive **Grade**:Executive

**Department**:Accounts and Admin **Reports to**: Cofounder

**Location**:Jaipur **Expected CTC**:3.6 Lacs

**Role Purpose**

Proficient in the reconciliation of payments frommarketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and others. Prepares monthly profit and loss statements, identifying opportunities to improve revenue and minimize costs, and ensuring timely and accurate filings of GST, TDS, and TCS.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain Daily Book keeping of expenses, revenues and other business related entries
- Reconcile daily sales transactions from various e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and others
- Ensure accuracy of all transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly
- Claim payments frommarketplaces in a timely manner
- Maintenance of bills and other business related documents
- Maintenance of statutory documents, registers and compliance
- Collaborate with the CA office team to ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, ESI and PF returns
- Maintenance Of Purchase Order (PO) and Credit/ Debit Notes
- Maintenance of salary, reimbursement and staff welfare expenses
- Weekly debtor and creditor analysis
- Monitor inventory count at warehouse and manufacturing partner’s facility on a fortnightly basis.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements (MIS) and notify management of unit-level P&L.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions and identify opportunities and plug holes

- Perform any other duties as requested by the reporting manager.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduate in Accounts, Finance and Related
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as an Accountant
- Experience of working with any E-Comm Brand
**-Must have working experience with Tally (ERP)**:

- Analytical and Multitasking Skills
- Problem Solving Attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Agile and Quick Learner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
