**Job Title: Receptionist CUM Administrator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Office Management**
- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
**Administrative Support**
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Support HR/Admin team in maintaining employee records and documents.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
**Coordination & Record Keeping**
- Maintain visitor logbooks and ensure visitor passes are issued.
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers for office needs.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for administrative records.
- Support management in day-to-day operational tasks.
**Required Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and etiquette.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Hindi & English (Fluently)
**Education & Experience**:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration or related field).
- 2-3 years of experience in reception, administration, or customer service roles.
**Salary: 20K-25K (Per Month)**
**NOTE: Immediate Joiner Only**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
