**Full Job description**

We are looking for a surface grinding machine operator to help our production cycles by operating and maintaining the machinery in themanufacturing plant. You will be required to set up machines before the production cycle, control and adjust the settings of the devices and feed raw material. Your contribution will help increase the efficiency of our production flow and therefore better the output.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**
- Good Experience with conventional and semi-automatic **SURFACE GRINDING** machine operations.
- Hands-on Experience in Making Tools Die and Fixtures.
- Set up and operates conventional machining equipment using tooling provided or improvises as necessary to perform a series of machining operations.
- Obtains cutting tools, sets stops and regulates feeds and speeds by operations to be performed. Periodically checks and makes adjustments to ensure conformity to dimensions and specifications.
- Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned.
- Monitor and control the machine's performance and settings.
- Inspect machinery with appropriate tools.
- Check the output of the machines and identify any issues.
- Utilizes knowledge of working properties for a wide variety of materials
- Works to required tolerances and is responsible for the quality of work produced.
- Follows preventative maintenance procedures as outlined by machine manufacturers or supervisors.
- May be required to assist in machine repair.
- Keeps machine and work area clean, lubricated, and orderly.
- Makes proper job and time reports for timekeeping and tracking.
- Performs other duties as assigned utilizing average skills and abilities of the current position.
- Remains aware and follows all health and safety practices. Works in a safe fashion and reports any concerns to the supervisor

**The Individual**
- Education / Training: ITI or High school education or Diploma or equivalent credential
- technical training Knowledge /Skills: Require the ability to understand and solve technical problems.
- Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and handbooks.
- Must be self-motivated, work independently yet still be team orientated
- Able to deal with different levels of personalities/stakeholders
- Able to lift to 30lb

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹400.00 per day

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
