Designation : Executive | Senior Executive | Assistant Manager | Deputy Manager Qualification : MBA/MMS (Finance) with 1+ years’ experience or B.Com. with 2+ years of prior relevant experience in Domestic Capital Market.Age : 23 to 33 years.
**Job Description **:Cash management and reconciliation of cash on daily basis.Reconciliation of cash, holdings, NAV with Custody reports on daily basis.Generating daily cash / position reports from Fund’s custodian.Daily trading activities of the Funds i.e., post-market hours, trade execution verification with broker contract notes, etc.Preparing and sending the settlement instruction to the Custodian for settlement of trades.Preparation of Fund Transfer instruction and sending it to Custodian.Recording all activities of the Fund in Wealth Spectrum (Portfolio Accounting System) and ensure the correctness of the entries posted (Trades, Income/Expenses, Corporate Actions, Pricing, etc.)Daily portfolio accounting & valuation for Equity Funds & Clients account.Computation of Daily, Weekly NAVs of the funds.Reviewing and authorizing NAV calculations.End of day reporting to internal teams such as Compliance, Fund Managers, etc.SEBI Month end reporting data preparation and submission to Compliance.Assisting seniors in preparing regular management reports, monthly factsheets, presentations and any other ad-hoc reports.
