**Requirements**:

- Masters degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Ethics, Polity, Economics, or related fields.
- Passionate about student-focused teaching and fostering an inclusive environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Course Design**: Creating comprehensive, well-organized course materials, syllabus, and lesson plans for classes on ethics, politics, and the economy.

**Lectures and Workshops**:Delivering informative and dynamic lectures, workshops, and conversations to students will help them learn the material thoroughly.

**Student Guidance**: Encouraging students to succeed in their studies and preparation by offering them individualised guidance, mentorship, and academic support.

**Assessment and Feedback**:Assessment and feedback involve creating tests, quizzes, and projects to gauge students' progress and offering helpful criticism to help them get better.

**Current Affairs Integration**: Integrating current events into the curriculum means keeping abreast of the most recent changes in politics, the economy, and ethics.

**Curriculum Enhancement**: Enhancing the curriculum in conjunction with other faculty members to adapt the course material to alterations in exam requirements and patterns.

**Motivation and Inspiration**: Motivating pupils to develop a thorough comprehension of the material, encouraging critical thinking, analytical abilities, and ethical principles.
