**Responsibilities**:

- Review and process insurance claims.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of claim documentation.
- Liaise with the insurance providers to facilitate the timely processing and approval of claims.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
- Provide updates on the status of claims and address any queries or concerns from clients.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, legal, operations and Vigilance, audit and HRD to gather required information for claims processing.
- Stay informed about insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ensure timely resolution of claims, ensuring that settlements are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to address any discrepancies or issues during the claims process.
- Generate reports on claims processing activities, including claim status, turnaround times, and any issues encountered.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and conditions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
