Adminstrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
Policy Administration: Maintain an organized and efficient system of recording incoming proposal forms from various locations and submission of the same with Insurance Co office for issuance.
Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all written materials.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including room setup, agendas, and distribution of relevant materials. Record and distribute meeting minutes as needed.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of precision.
Client and Vendor Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and visitors. Provide assistance and information as needed.
Support to Management: Assist managers with various administrative tasks and special projects. Handle confidential information with discretion.
**Qualifications**:Graduate.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
