Full Stack Intern

We need a full stack developer to help build and scale our platforms. Your work will ensure our solution is accessible on low-cost devices and will optimize the user experience for individuals with low digital literacy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain the front-end and back-end components of the platform.
- Ensure seamless integration between the AI/ML components and the VR modules.
- Optimize the platform for mobile and low-cost devices, making it accessible for users with varying digital literacy levels.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive user interface that caters to underserved communities.
- Implement cloud infrastructure and manage deployments using AWS/GCP/Azure services.
- Develop APIs for data exchange between the chatbot, VR modules, and other components of the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability and uptime.
- Develop and manage database systems, ensuring secure storage of user data and scalability to handle increasing traffic.
- Create responsive and adaptive web interfaces, ensuring consistent performance across devices with varying capabilities.
- Work with security specialists to ensure the platform meets healthcare data security standards, including encryption and multi-factor authentication.
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to peers, and ensuring coding standards and best practices are upheld.
- Document technical solutions, workflows, and processes to facilitate platform maintenance and future development.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), experience working on accessible, mobile-first web apps, and familiarity with healthcare data security standards.

**Internship: INR 5,000 to 15,000 stipend**, only for the current Students and Recent graduates

**Salary Range: INR 2,00,000 to INR 18,00,000** per annum depending on experience and expertise.

**Assignment Overview**:
**Project: Web Application for Mental Health Check-in**

**Tasks**:

- Front-end Development
- Create a front-end interface using React that allows users to log in and complete a daily mental health check-in form.
- Include fields such as mood rating (e.g., a slider from 1 to 10), current stress level, and space for users to write about their feelings.
- Ensure the interface is responsive and works well across devices with different screen sizes.
- Back-end Development
- Develop a RESTful API using Node.js that allows the front-end to save user check-in data securely.
- Implement basic authentication to ensure data is saved only for logged-in users.
- Set up a simple database (e.g., MongoDB or PostgreSQL) to store user data, ensuring scalability.
- Data Security
- Implement basic data encryption to ensure the privacy of user entries.
- Use secure methods for user authentication and authorization.
- Deployment
- Documentation

**Submission Requirements**:

- The submission should be in a GitHub repository, which will allow us to view both the code and the documentation conveniently.

**Evaluation Criteria**:

- Technical Skills: How well both front-end and back-end components are implemented, including responsiveness and functionality.
- User Experience: The quality of the user interface and how easy it is for users to complete their check-ins.
- Data Security: How effectively user data is secured through encryption and secure authentication.
- Code Quality and Documentation: Clear, maintainable code, along with thorough and understandable documentation.
