**About the Project**

This is a Government-backed Electronics Skill Development initiative focused on solar panel installation. The project aims to enhance employability through skill-based training, equipping students with practical and industry-relevant skills.

**Job Overview**

Shaping Careers Education Society is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic **Trainer/Teacher** with a diploma, degree, or ITI in electronics. The trainer will deliver skill-based training under the Solar Panel Installation Skill Development Project.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on solar panel installation and related topics.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with industry standards.
- Mentor and guide students in hands-on training activities, ensuring safety and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Evaluate students' progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with training guidelines provided by the government project.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma, degree, or ITI in electronics or a related field.
- Previous experience in solar panel installation training or relevant work is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of students effectively.
- Must be 25 years or older.
- **Contract & Work Hours**:

- Part-time, contractual position.

**How to Apply**
- Monthly salary of ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 (based on expertise).
- Flexible working hours (to be discussed).

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,961.35 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
