**Key Responsibilities**:
**Platform Management**:

- Manage and optimize product listings on **Amazon**, **Flipkart**, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product information (titles, descriptions, images, and specifications) is accurate, up-to-date, and SEO-friendly.

**Catalog Creation & Maintenance**:

- Create, update, and maintain **product catalogs** across multiple platforms.
- Ensure product data consistency and quality across all e-commerce listings.

**Order Management**:

- Oversee daily order processing, including order fulfilment, tracking, and customer communication.
- Ensure timely shipping and delivery of orders while managing returns, refunds, and cancellations.

**Sales & Performance Optimization**:

- Analyze sales data, monitor product performance, and implement strategies to **boost sales**.
- Optimize pricing, promotional campaigns, and product visibility (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart promotions, Meesho Ads).

**Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and market demands.
- Suggest new products or strategies to stay competitive and improve market share.

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like **Amazon**, **Flipkart**, **Meesho** or other similar marketplaces.
- Knowledge of product listing requirements, catalog management, and promotional tools on these platforms.
- Ability to manage large product catalogs and ensure consistency and accuracy of product information.
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies, **SEO**, product pricing, promotions, and advertising on e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with **Amazon Sponsored Ads**, **Flipkart Ads**, **Meesho Ads** or similar ad platforms.
- Proficiency in managing orders, stock levels, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize sales and increase conversion rates.
- Strong problem-solving skills in managing product issues, customer feedback, and logistics challenges.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** for sales data analysis, inventory management, and reporting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
