**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Follow-Up**: Proactively generate leads through calling and follow-ups; build a strong sales pipeline.
- **Sales Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by clearly communicating product value.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- **Market & Product Understanding**: Stay updated with general pharmaceutical compositions and industry trends.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain sales records, and report KPIs using MS Excel.

**What You Bring**
- **Education**: Graduate (B. Pharma preferred)
- **Experience**: 1-4 years in Pharma Sales or PCD Pharma Franchise Sales
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of pharma compositions
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Resilient and target-driven mindset
