**Position Title**:Halwai (Sweet Maker)**
**Job Location**: Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare a variety of Indian sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Barfi, Ladoo, Jalebi, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all items
- Keep track of ingredient inventory and inform the management for timely procurement
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Train and supervise helper staff if required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Halwai or sweet maker
- In-depth knowledge of Indian sweets and traditional recipes
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours during preparation
- Commitment to cleanliness and food hygiene standards
