We are expanding our franchise network and looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Job Description**:
As a Marketing Assistant at Tregzo, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network. Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate and secure franchise agreements, ensuring a minimum of 2 assured franchisees per month. You will also focus on maintaining strong relationships with potential customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Franchise Negotiation: Identify and approach potential franchisees, present Tregzo’s value proposition, and negotiate terms to secure franchise agreements.
- Customer Satisfaction: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and expectations, providing tailored solutions and ensuring a positive experience throughout the negotiation process.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees and customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on franchise development activities, including securing franchise agreements and achieving monthly targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance Tregzo’s franchise offerings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development, preferably in the grocery or retail sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
