**Job Overview**:
The Showroom Sales Executive is the face of **Bharani Velli Maaligai** within the showroom, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring our silver jewellery products meet the needs and desires of walk-in customers. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for jewellery retail sales.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Engagement & Sales**:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a warm and professional experience.

Present and promote Bharani Velli Maaligai silver jewellery products to meet customer preferences.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets consistently.

**2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration**:
Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, designs, and pricing.

Guide customers in selecting jewellery based on their taste, occasion, and budget.

Keep updated on new arrivals, offers, and promotions to upsell effectively.

**3. Order Handling & Billing**:
Process customer orders and ensure accurate billing.

Coordinate with inventory staff to confirm product availability.

Ensure proper packaging and delivery of purchased items.

**4. Showroom Maintenance & Merchandising**:
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Arrange and display jewellery to attract customer attention.

Monitor stock levels and inform management of replenishment needs.

**Key Competencies & Skills Required**:
