Position: Telecaller

Location: Kochi, Kalamassery

Salary Package: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives

Training: 1-week training provided

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Provide detailed information about our car care products and services.

Address customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Maintain and update customer databases accurately.

Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a customer-oriented approach.
