**B.E. Chemical / M.Tech Chemical (08-10 yrs exp)**

**Key Responsibilities to be handled**:
**Process Engineer to oversee the design and implementation of processes for achieving the desired business target in stipulated timelines.**

**Understand Agro chemical formulation process with R&D team or improvement team.**

**Scale up process from R & D to plant scale with suitable technology and consideration of process safety in to the account.**

**Prepare the proposal for upcoming new products and existing product expansion with detailed MB,EB & selecting the correct process to ensure the yield, capacity and quality to be achieved as per R & D process.**

**Prepare and work out BEP with consultant. Finalize & freeze process, storage, utility requirement, effluent treatment scope. Prepare and support project manager to finalize capex. Support project manager to expedite long lead items and technical discussion with vendors. Review and approve all process engineering deliverables developed by detailed engineering consultant, e.g. PDS, P&ID's, MB, EB, Hydraulic calc, Equipment layout, Equipment sizing, etc**

**'- We shall be hiring both position at lower GJL level and will be promoted based on the annual performance review.**
