Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in the overall management of the school’s academic and operational activities.

Oversee curriculum implementation, teaching standards, and student performance.

Lead, mentor, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.

Manage day-to-day school operations and ensure adherence to school policies and regulations.

Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and stakeholders to address concerns and foster a positive school environment.

Develop strategies for improving academic performance and overall school reputation.

**Requirements**:
Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any discipline and a B.Ed.Experience:
At least 5-10 years of experience in teaching, with prior administrative experience in a leadership role (Vice Principal/Coordinator).

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

A proactive attitude towards implementing innovative teaching methods and school management practices.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
