- Supervise and manage store staff, including sales associates and cashiers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints
- Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage store inventory, including stock levels, replenishment, and stockroom organization
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage cash handling, including opening and closing procedures
