Svaya is a clothing label for women that's synonymous with mínimalistic cuts & urban Indian style. We focus on creating elevated everyday essentials for modern Indian women.

Come, join us on our journey to create a new age, all-inclusive clothing label for women. As our fashion marketer, your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:
1. Influencer Marketing - Identify, on-board, train, track and manage brand influencers across social and digital media platform
2. Conceptualising, Planning, Exlaining and managing influencer content: visual + content,
3. Staying upto date with market trends and ever changing trends
4. Managing PR, celebrity stylist reach outs, and finding other opportunities for the brand to create a digital presence
5. Editing influencer content as per brands requirements and tailoring it to the right use
6. Test new ideas, manage own projects and budgets, always look for new ways to grow the number
7. Ensure content control to ensure that it is created in line with the brand standards & is vetted before posting on social channels
8. Day-to-day account management, including the review of influencer trackers, reports, recaps, maintaining database invoices, budget management, etc.
9. Analyzing monthly data/reports in line with the deliverables agreed to effectively evaluate and report on project success and achievement of KPIs.
10. Organising & hosting promotional events digitally & offline
11. Uploading & managing product information on our website and partner websites

**Skills you must have**:
2.Graphic Design Knowledge: Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, such as composition, color theory, typography and understanding of how visual elements work together to convey a message or create a desired effect.

3. Attention to Detail: Awareness with regards to current industry trends, detail with respect to designs being created, and over all ability to spot trends, styling, designs, graphics that'll be in sync with our brand's sensibilities.

4. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, especially when collaborating with other team members and customers.

5. Creativity: Creativity is crucial for coming up with innovative solutions and producing visually appealing designs or edits.

6. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to challenges that may arise during the editing process.

7. Continuous Learning: Given the dynamic nature of design and technology, a willingness to stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in image editing and design.
