**Responsibilities**
- Conduct IELTS preparation classes for individual students or small groups.
- Provide effective strategies and techniques for each IELTS component.
- Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses, creating tailored lesson plans.
- Provide constructive feedback on writing and speaking tasks.
- Prepare students for both practice tests and real exam conditions.
- Deliver lessons either **online** or **in-person** at ACE Education centres or students’ homes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong English proficiency with clear communication skills.
- Previous experience teaching IELTS (Academic & General Training).
- Familiarity with IELTS test structure, strategies, and scoring system.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Teaching qualifications (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) are highly preferred.
- Passionate, patient, and committed to student success.
