We Requires 2 Executive - PR & Communications for a Exhibition Company at Andheri east Position : Executive - PR & Communications **(On Contractual Basis upto 31 st March 2026)** Location : Andheri East, Near Western Express Highway Metro Station Position in Nos. 2 Reporting To Manager - PR & Communication Experience Min 1 to 3 yrs Age Between 21 - 30 yrs Salary 25,000/- to 30,000 Or Depending upon the Qualification & Experience. Office Timing 10.00 - 6.00. Willing to work Late and sometimes on Weekly Off. Weekly Off All Sundays **Responsibilities**: 1. Publicity & Media Committee a. Coordination and interaction with the Co-Chairmen of the Publicity & Media Committee and its members on phone/ written communications as well as inter departmental coordination. b. Attending Publicity & Media Committee meetings, making notes of the meeting and taking necessary action on the points discussed as per instructions from Manager P R & Communication c. Coordination with Creative Agency, Event Management Agency, PR Agency & Content Writer consultant from time to time under instructions from Manager, PR & Communications. d. Visitor Registration - to coordinate all the activities under instructions from Manager, PR & Communications. e. Any other activities as entrusted by the Committee from time to time. f. All Documentation & Filing, submitting bills to accounts department for release of payment 2. Common General Responsibilities: b. Inter departmental coordination with other staff members of PIF. c. Preparation of MIS reports under instructions from Manager - PR & Communications d. Timely filing and retrieval of correspondences/ letters received in/ from respective files as and when required. **Requirements**: **Skills**: - Command over English Language - Communication / Interpersonal /Presentation skills / Good listner **Knowledge**: - Good computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel) & Communication Skills - Written and verbal.DTP knowledge will be added advantage - Competence to build relationships at all levels of the company **Other Points**: - Willing to work late. - Willing to relocate for 15 - 20 days during Exhibition **(Around Feb. 2026).** Regards Aishwary I **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
