We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer at Ubrain Studios Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and intuitive website designs that align with our brand and meet the needs of our clients or users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure the successful implementation of your designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually engaging website layouts, user interfaces, and interactive elements using industry-standard design tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and user needs, and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and user experience to continually improve the quality of our projects.
- Work closely with developers to implement designs, providing necessary assets and guidelines throughout the development process.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve the design based on user preferences and behaviors.
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring content remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Troubleshoot design-related issues and provide timely support to resolve any user experience challenges.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or other relevant software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with UI/UX design for e-commerce platforms (optional but preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (optional but preferred).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
