**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system.
- Enter and manage data accurately using Microsoft Excel and other software tools.
- Generate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in handling customer information, queries, and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company and customer data.
- Support the CRM team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
