**Job Title: English Teacher**

**Job Summary**:
An English teacher is responsible for instructing students in the English language, literature, and writing skills. The role involves developing lesson plans, delivering lectures, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Select appropriate texts, literature, and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Deliver effective and engaging lessons to students, utilizing various teaching methods and technologies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Evaluate and assess students' academic progress through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development.
- **Individualized Instruction**:

- Identify and address the diverse learning needs of students, providing additional support or challenges as necessary.
- Offer extra help or tutoring to students who may require additional assistance.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain open and regular communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Attend parent-teacher conferences and other relevant meetings.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about developments in the field of education, language arts, and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and enforce classroom rules and expectations to create a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Manage student behavior effectively, addressing any issues in a fair and consistent manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree often preferred).
- Strong knowledge of English language, literature, and writing principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the classroom.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
