**Job Definition**

The Store Executive is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the timely receipt and dispatch of materials, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth project execution in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry.

**Roles and Responsiblities**
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- Ensure stock levels are optimized to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per standard operating procedures.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity as per purchase orders.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent material damage.
- Maintain records of goods received, issued, and returned.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
- Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for invoice verification and material reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the production, purchase, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Support the dispatch team by preparing and verifying material for outgoing shipments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in material handling and storage.
- Train staff on proper handling procedures and ensure the use of safety equipment.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Education**:

- Diploma/Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in the PEB or construction sector.

**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

**NOTE: Immediate Joiners Preferred**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
