**Job Summary**: The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This role involves managing multiple social media platforms, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing. The Social Media Executive collaborates with various teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.

Content Creation: Create engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

Platform Management: Manage and maintain the company's presence on different social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.

Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the online community.

Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive conversions.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Trend Analysis: Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall brand messaging and marketing initiatives.

Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Crisis Management: Handle any potential social media crises promptly and professionally, ensuring brand reputation remains intact.

Social Listening: Monitor social media channels for mentions and discussions related to the brand, industry, or competitors, and respond or report as necessary.

Customer Insights: Utilize social media platforms to gather customer insights, preferences, and feedback, and share them with relevant departments for product or service improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent copywriting abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and audience targeting techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles as they relate to social media

**Salary**: ₹2,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
