Job responsibilities:

- For Detailers with 2+ yrs experience_

The primary nature of this job is to convert 3D models into high quality 2D shop drawings for the steel fabrication, using Tekla Structures.
- Produce accurate 2D drawings with high clarity and readability
- Provide clear and specific instructions about fabrication in shop drawings
- Analyze structural and architectural design drawings and extract relevant information
- Assist the project manager and help in training your juniors
- For Modelers with 3+ yrs experience_

The primary nature of this job is to create accurate 3D models using Tekla Structures
- Analyze structural and architectural design drawings and extract relevant information needed for 3D modeling
- Use innovative techniques and produce accurate 3D models with high clarity and readability
- Raise RFIs(Request for information), when needed and coordinate with clients effectively
- Assist project managers and help in training juniors
- For Checkers with 3+ yrs experience_

The primary objective of this job is to ensure the accuracy, readability and execute-ability of our deliverables while rendering them error-free with high quality
- Analyze structural and architectural drawings to extract relevant information needed to check the accuracy of the model and shop drawings
- Spot clashes, mismatches and errors with ease, and provide clear instructions to rectify them
- Check if the model is in accordance with the client requirements, statutory regulations, standards and procedural requirements
- Assist project managers and help in training juniors

Expected Skills:

- Should be an expert in Tekla structures(Version 2016 & above), with 2+ yrs of experience and a thorough knowledge of its tools and concepts
- Should have a good understanding about fabrication & erection of residential, commercial and industrial structures
- Should be familiar with US(AISC), Australian and UK standards
- Should be familiar with Autodesk's Navisworks and Advance steel
- Should be a positive thinker with leadership qualities
- Should be a fluent communicator who can coordinate and collaborate with the team
- Should be a pro-active, analytic thinker with problem solving abilities
- Should exhibit attention to details
- Should posses excellent computer skills
- Should be effective in time management and in meeting deadlines
- Should be a eager learner and a inspiring teacher
- Should be a smart worker who is ready to work hard
