**Job Summary**:
We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our API Production team. The Officer will be responsible for executing and monitoring API manufacturing processes in compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and safety standards. This role requires hands-on experience in batch operations, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute API manufacturing processes as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and cGMP guidelines.
- Monitor and control critical process parameters during operations involving reactors, centrifuges, dryers (RCVD, FBD, Tray Dryers), ANFDs, filters, etc.
- Ensure timely charging and discharging of batches and maintain batch cycle time.
- Record operational data, deviations, incidents, and process changes accurately in logbooks and reports.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and maintenance departments for smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Supervise contract operators or junior technicians and ensure their compliance with safety and SOPs.
- Participate in process validations, technology transfers, and scale-up activities.
- Maintain area and equipment cleanliness and ensure proper line clearance before and after batch processing.
- Follow safety protocols strictly and handle hazardous chemicals as per MSDS guidelines.
- Ensure documentation readiness for internal and regulatory audits (USFDA, EU-GMP, WHO, etc.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
