**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in supervising hospital operations and administrative staff.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain patient records, admission/discharge logs, and compliance documentation.
- Handle vendor communication, inventory management, and logistics.
- Monitor cleanliness, facility upkeep, and patient feedback.
- Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, onboarding, and training coordination.
- Prepare reports and assist the senior administrator in daily planning.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital or clinic administration preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic hospital management software.
