**Job Title**: TGT Science Teacher

**Reports To**: Academic Coordinator / Principal

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
- Prepare teaching materials, practical demonstrations, and lab experiments where applicable.
- Develop lesson plans, class tests, assignments, and other instructional materials.
- Maintain student records including attendance, academic performance, and behavioral observations.
- Encourage student participation and provide a safe, supportive classroom environment.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the school’s educational environment.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and ongoing training sessions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with relevant specialization.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience as a Science teacher preferred.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning.

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Passion for teaching and working with adolescents.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to integrate technology and modern teaching aids into the classroom.
- Innovative, energetic, and student-focused approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
