Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: Mohali Phase 8b

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and use the findings to guide design decisions
- Translate concepts into user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and UI standards across all digital products
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills across various platforms (web/mobile)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
